Thank you Yum Cha :)
I found there is quite some variation indeed. (Never learned this myself). Here are some others:

Hi Stuart,
Will send you a message. But like I said: please be aware that this book has very little to do with Pak Mei Kung Fu.
Yes, that is him. He was here in Amsterdam summer 2010 and May 2011.
From this list I am just missing the 2 I mentionned above (OK and the one that is listed as a double there. Hence my quest for the last missing ones :D
Yes those! Do you own them?
While we are on the subject, I am still missing two old pak Mei books in my collection. Does anyone have them for me or know where I can find them? I have some copies of the Yellow Pak Mei Chi Kung...
The golden eagle boxing looks like a mix of hakka boxing and long fist
Thank you for your input. I just went through my books and in the book Pak Mei kung fu, the myth & the martial art there is a small mention to Hung Mun but nothing linked to the salute or other hand...
Hi Frank,
Do you have the title of the book? Would you recommend reading it knowing that my interest would come from the pak mei angle of things?
Thanks!
I have some copies of this one. Some say it is not about pak mei, they are just using the name. Got something to trade? :)
Respect everyone that helped pave the road for us.
All the clips removed :(
Those sets come from diferent systems originally indeed but now have distinct Pak Mei flavour IMO. They now contain Pak Mei principles.
Thanks for posting. I already ordered it through my local Chinese book store :)
This club teaches Lung Ying / Dragon Style:

Indeed, could be that I am missing something but the understanding & consistent application of the other principles holds more value for me personally.
I couldn't really find myself in the definitions of some of the core principles so I didn't really read all the others. Also i think he uses the same set for a book on a different style too.
I saw part of it. It is quite theoretic
To me it is a list of the 8 main techniques found in the system/sets. Where does this list come from? IMO it is a mix.
So far this is the only video footage of Sifu Jie Kon Sieuw that is online. There are quite some pictures on our Facebook page.
Would be an interesting one to watch! A bit like Gordeau vs the sumo wrestler in UFC 1 :D
There was one Chinese book on Pak Mei online that could be downloaded but it is no longer there. A number of Pak Mei websites have a list of Pak Mei books on them so you can see what you are still...
Dear all,
The website of our Pak Mei club in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) is available in English now as well :)

Hope you like it!
